✔ YES: Your OC's, DND Characters, Fanart, Mild NSFW, Portraits (as long as there is a theme - listed bellow)
✖ NO: Full nudity, furries (animal features are fine), heavy muscles, elderly characters, extreme gore

I would love to draw you or your friends! But please choose a theme or aesthetic to make it fun - and please note my style is not realism!
Possible themes include: Fantasy, Light/Dark Academia, Fairy Grunge, Gothic, Coquette, Pastel Goth, EGL, Cottage Core, etc.
If you have an idea outside this please feel free to let me know!

TERMS OF SERVICE
☆ Intellectual property
- All rights reserved to the artist: I have the right to post the commissioned artwork online as samples for future clients, record process, include them in my portfolio and archive
- In any case where the artwork is showcased or posted online, please give credit (art by @cherrypie_art on Instagram / Twitter)
☆ Payment and Refund policy
- I accept upfront payment only
- Commissioners cannot ask for refund or cancel the commission once the payment has been done
- If I, the artist, am not able to complete the order for any personal reason, a refund will be issued☆ Revision
- I will provide 2-3 rough sketches to choose from. Big corrections, such as changing pose / composition / design, are allowed during sketching phase but can occur additional fee – if you ask for major changes more than once
- I will send 1-2 updates while working on the piece to make sure the client is happy with the colouring and progress
- Minor corrections, such as changing colour or small details is allowed anytime before the commission is finished! If these changes more than an hour an extra fee may be added☆ Progress
- It will take 3 to 10 weeks for me to finish a commission once started
- Wait time can be longer if there is a queue
- If there is a time constraint, you can choose to pay ×2 the price, and your order will be on top of the waiting queue
- Please be patient and respectful, I suffer from chronic pain and life can get busy☆ Privacy and usage
- Commissions can only be used by the respective commissioners or those receiving the commission as gifts
- Prices listed are for personal use only (private print / banner, icon)
- If the art is used to promote your service or making profits (shop/merch/cover art/resell) you have to tell me in advance and pay the commercial rate (×2 to ×5 the commission price)
- Selling any of my artworks or commissions as NFT is strictly prohibited

☆☆ Fees will only be applied if the extra details take a significant amount of time and effort, aka if your amour or weapon detail is so complicated it will take me an extra 1-3 hours! Fun and cool designs are welcomed and encouraged free of charge as long as they fit within the time I have allotted myself so that I am not underpaid! ☆☆
